Once a paper is accepted, the registration process begins. It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. To ensure publication of a paper in the proceedings (upto 10 regular pages), at least one author has to register by submitting a normal registration fee as indicated below within deadline. For Indian participants (All registration fees specified are excluding bank charges if any) :

The conference registration includes:

• Participation in all conference sessions
  
  
• Paper presentation certificate
  
  
• Best paper award certificate (if selected)
  
  
• Publication in selected publication option
  
  
• All submitted papers must be unpublished and not currently under review in any other journals / conferences.
  
  
• Each accepted paper is required to be registered by at least one author.
  
  
• If an author has more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered separately.
  
  
• If the author does not register for the conference within the due date, the paper(s) will be automatically removed from further considerations.
  
  
• It is mandatory for at least one author to register, attend and present the paper during the conference.
  
  
• For outstation authors, online presentation facilities will be there.

Zero Refund Policy:

There will be no refunds of registration fees under any circumstances once a paper is accepted and registered by the authors.
