Peer Review Policy:
Articles that adhere to the submission guidelines will undergo peer review based on factors such as originality, technicality, research depth, relevance to the conference topic, readability, and overall contribution. The authors will receive notification of acceptance via email and will have the opportunity to make changes based on the reviewers' suggestions and submit a final version by the specified deadline.

Each manuscript submitted will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area, using a double-blind peer-review process. The evaluation will consider the full paper, including the abstract, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references.

The decision on whether to accept, amend, or reject the article will be based solely on the reviewers' comments and recommendations. Authors must address all of the reviewers' comments to improve their papers. If revisions are required, the authors must resubmit the revised manuscript within the given deadlines.

The conference chairs will perform an initial check for plagiarism and technical content, and then assign articles to reviewers based on their field of interest. The reviewers will be provided with clear guidance on what aspects to review. The review process will be led by a strong team of national and international technical committee members with specialized expertise in various domains.

Plagiarism Policy:
s Before submitting a paper, authors must check for plagiarism using licensed plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or iAuthenticate.

s The amount of similar content should not exceed 10%, whether it is the author's own work or someone else's.

s Additionally, authors must adhere to ethical guidelines for publication, including avoiding self-plagiarism or plagiarism from other sources.

s If a model, concept, figure, table, data, or conclusive comment from previously published work is used in the article, proper citation to the original work is necessary.

s If a high level of plagiarism is detected at any stage, the paper may be rejected from publication and no refund or adjustment of fees will be provided.

s If authors use already published material such as tables, data, figures, or diagrams from their own or others' publications, they must obtain the necessary permission and copyright clearance from the original publishers or copyright holders.
